In keeping with his philosophy, Nathan Clark represents individuals and entities seeking redress for their injuries against other individuals and entities and their insurance companies, and protects their rights and futures by seeking settlements and verdicts. His experience involves all aspects of personal injury, medical malpractice, and business torts. During his career, Nathan Clark successfully made significant personal injury law to protect families in Florida. The recent Florida Supreme Court decision of Stone v. Wall, 734 So. 2d 1038 (Fla. 1999), created the right of parents to sue those who abduct their children, including relatives, for the return of their children and for the damages caused by the abduction.

Federal Criminal Defense
During his career, Nathan Clark successfully defended high profile federal criminal fraud cases, including one of the largest fraud cases in the history of Florida, known as the Premium Sales Case. Today, Nathan Clark represents and tries Federal Criminal Cases to verdict in all of the divisions of the U. S. District Court of the Southern District of Florida: Fort Pierce, West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, and Key West; and in the U. S. District Court of the Southern District of Mississippi in Biloxi.
