Federal Criminal Defense
During his career, Nathan
Clark has successfully defended high-profile federal criminal fraud
causes. Today, he represents and tries federal criminal cases to
verdict in all of the divisions of the U.S. District Court of the
Southern District of Florida, Fort Pierce, West Palm Beach, Fort
Lauderdale, Miami and Key West, as well as the U.S. District Court of
the Southern District of Mississippi in Biloxi. Currently, he is a
part-time Assistant Regional Counsel with the Office of Criminal
Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel Third Region of Florida serving
Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties.
